Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of IceClaw, operated by OneZeroEight.ai ("we," "us," "our"), located in Temecula, California. By creating an account or using IceClaw, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use IceClaw. IceClaw provides governed OpenClaw-compatible AI agent hosting on Iceland infrastructure. These Terms apply to all users of IceClaw.online and any associated services.
2. The Service
IceClaw provides: — A dedicated Docker container running on Iceland VPS infrastructure — OpenClaw-compatible AI agent hosting environment — 2,000 included Mistral Nemo AI exchanges per month — BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) support for Claude, GPT, Gemini, Mistral, and other providers — Governance layers including BODHI process isolation, NIRVANA kill switch, SILA audit trail, and DHARMA model routing — Telegram and Discord channel integrations — Heartbeat scheduling for autonomous agent tasks We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service with 14 days notice except in cases of security threats, legal requirements, or force majeure events.
3. Accounts
You must be 18 years or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it current. One account per person or legal entity. You may not share account access or transfer your account to another party without our written consent. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including all agent actions taken by your OpenClaw instance.
4. Subscription and Payment
Sovereign OpenClaw Intro Offer: $57.00 billed upfront for 3 months ($19.00/month equivalent). After the intro period, your subscription automatically renews at $29.00 per month, charged monthly to your payment method on file. Standard monthly rate: $29.00/month, billed monthly, renews automatically. Crypto payments: Bitcoin and Lightning Network payments are accepted at the standard $29.00/month rate. Crypto payments are processed monthly and are non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions. You authorize us to charge your payment method on the billing date. Failed payments may result in service suspension after a 3-day grace period. We will notify you by email before suspending service. Prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers.
5. Refund Policy
14-Day Money Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with IceClaw within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, contact us at info@iceclaw.online for a full refund. No questions asked. After 14 days: No refunds are issued for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time and your service will remain active until the end of the paid period. Cancellation stops future auto-renewal charges. Crypto payments are explicitly non-refundable under any circumstances due to the irreversible nature of Bitcoin and Lightning Network transactions. To request a refund within the 14-day window, email info@iceclaw.online with the subject line "Refund Request" from the email address on your account.
6. Acceptable Use
You may use IceClaw for any lawful purpose. You may not use IceClaw to: — Violate any applicable law or regulation — Send spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited bulk communications — Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code — Conduct unauthorized access attempts against any system — Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights — Circumvent rate limits, security measures, or governance controls — Resell or sublicense access to IceClaw to third parties — Use the service in ways that unreasonably burden our infrastructure We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice in cases of serious violation. For less serious violations, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure.
7. BYOK — Bring Your Own Key
IceClaw supports connecting third-party AI provider API keys (Claude/Anthropic, GPT/OpenAI, Gemini/Google, Mistral, and others) to your agent container. When you use BYOK: — You are solely responsible for compliance with your API provider's terms of service — IceClaw is not responsible for API costs incurred through your provider keys — IceClaw is not responsible for rate limits, outages, or policy changes by third-party providers — You are responsible for securing your API keys. Do not share keys or store them insecurely in your workspace files. — Runaway agent loops that consume significant API credits are your responsibility. We recommend setting spending limits directly with your API provider. IceClaw's KARMA governance layer (when enforced) provides per-agent budget controls. Refer to the governance status page at iceclaw.online for current enforcement status.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of IceClaw is subject to our Privacy Policy at iceclaw.online/privacy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. Your container data — workspace files, agent memory, conversation history — belongs to you. We do not access your container data except for technical support when you explicitly request it, or as required by law. You may export your data at any time through your OpenClaw workspace. Upon cancellation, your container data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted.
9. Intellectual Property
IceClaw, the IceClaw name, logo, and associated branding are owned by OneZeroEight.ai. OpenClaw is an open-source project and is not owned by OneZeroEight.ai. IceClaw's governance infrastructure is covered by U.S. Provisional Patent Application filed January 30, 2026. Content you create using IceClaw — agent outputs, workspace files, conversation logs — belongs to you. We claim no ownership over your content.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
IceClaw is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI agent outputs will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose. AI agent outputs are generated by third-party language models (Mistral, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and others). We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content for any purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneZeroEight.ai's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of IceClaw shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
11. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing info@iceclaw.online. Cancellation stops future billing. Service remains active until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or if we reasonably believe your use poses a security risk. We will provide notice where practicable. Upon termination, your container is decommissioned and data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riverside County, California. For users in the European Economic Area, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable EU consumer protection law.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of IceClaw after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. For minor changes (corrections, clarifications), we may update without notice.
